Biography: She acted in classic Iraqi Arabic and in English with an Iraqi accent in The Waiter (2010). She is a National Merit Scholar and received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in International Business and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma on a full scholarship. She was treasurer of the OU Film Society and liaison for the Women's Outreach Center, and is also an alumnus of the Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity. She attended Booker T. Washington High School for Performing and Visual Arts (Dallas Arts Magnet) majoring in music majoring in vocal performance. She is of Cuban and Mexican descent and is fluent in English and Spanish.
